Went down with friends.Lawns weren't mowed and weed infestation evident.Coffee was so stale it was crusted in jar.Not allowed to use the espresso machine.

Waterlily House was the perfect setting for our girls retreat.The house was just the best, lots of room, neat and tidy, everything you could want and with a warm, friendly ambience.I would highly recommend this guest house for family and friends to stay under the one roof.and the hosts Fiona and Paul are very accommodating.

We had an incredible time in the Waterlily House. Stayed for a retreat weekend. It was luxurious with all the details. So much room for 6 individuals, spacious bedrooms, living rooms and stunning waterways. Owners have a wonderful eye for detail and look after everything, especially for recommendations of local sights, activities and dining out. Just spent 3 nights at Waterlily House in Mandurah with all the family. The house was extremely well presented and provided everything we needed. Location was great with access to the canals. Adults and Kids all had fun catching crabs off the private jetty and paddling around the canals. Hosts where super friendly and highly recommend.

If you want to experience some mindfulness then this is the place and experience. Tranquil canal views and absolutely gorgeous decor and interior design in every space. We all enjoyed an excellent nights sleep in the lush comfortable bedding. It was a great start to our boating adventures with our newly acquired skippers license and own private jetty to try things out. Even tried some crabbing and fishing. Amazing location and one of our favourite family escapades to date. Feel so rejuvenated and taking back some happy family memories. Thank you to the wonderful hosts for such attention to detail.

Stayed at Waterlilly House for a long overdue family of 10 catch-up over a weekend period. The house was perfectly suited for what we planned. It is beautifully presented, spacious and well kept. The beds and linen used were like sleeping on clouds. Located on the canals is a bonus and provides a great backdrop. Thanks Paul and Fiona.

waterlily house is amazing especially when your far from home like me, the house has plenty of rooms so its a great place to stay with family holidaying, the house is very clean and it is very sweet giving us a little present when you go in, it gave me a feel of home from far and i had the best night sleeping! When you wake up there is this amazing view at the belcony of the river leading to the ocean and i would reccomend everyone coming over and having a comfy night of sleep.
