Honestly the worst customer service ever! The manager of the store clearly needs to learn some social skills. Bought something from another store and wanting to exchange for a different item. Clearly unused and return in the condition it came in with sticky tape all over the box. She just refused to give a refund because of this when all the products on the shelf is the same. Do not shop here, honestly not worth the headache!

Extremely poor customer service, by evening staff refillers.Funnily enough a judgemental perspective is still evident in the retail profession. This is usually the case for those loss preventers, not refill staff.This dry shampoo was sprayed, (with intent to purchase).Dry shampoo was held in hand, and then placed in a carry bag). In order to ensure that the nozzle top works, my intended purchase item; which I was holding in my hand was sprayed. There are times when they are broken in stock supplies or missing the nozzle tops.Nonetheless, expect to be followed around in aisles and walked to the cash register, to ensure that you have paid for the dry shampoo that you have sprayed. This is called being proactive, rather than reactive.The (working aerosol) was purchased and mens rea' was evident in purchase intentions. Clearly evident, as item was carried throughout the shop duration, until paid for on the front counter.A formal complaint has be issued, after the young employee; wearing a cerulean - blue racer back singlet was working in store packing shelves.Conversation dated and timestamped (Thursday, 17/12/20 <7:55pm - 8:03pm) was as follows:CW: That's not a tester item

Came here to purchase multivitamins, the wrong ticket was displayed for the product. Came to the register to pay and noticed a price discrepancy. “Manager” who was scarfed and female pharmacist refused to give the price that was advertised. Claimed it’s not false advertising and even suggested i may have changed the price myself! Absolutely disgusting. Then went and spoke to another “manager” whom i never saw and apparently reiterated the same thing. I’ve now put in a formal complaint to the ACCC. Avoid at all costs

Disabled parking to the right of the exit door from Bir'head Centre. Visit Sunday & able to get a disabled spot until approx 9:40 am. After that forget it as you would be lucky to get one. Still a way to walk to the supermarkets. This parking is off Roseberry St turn rt at the 2nd roundabout into the Centre. Follow the traffic through the camera stop & down the covered carpark area to the wall at the end. Disabled parking is on the left - 4 spaces. I still find this position too far from the supermarkets but possible with difficulty with my walker.

I have been a regular for a couple of years. I think the staff are amazing. The Pharmacists are very friendly and professional. I cannot fault them. I have not experienced any long waits but I am sure it would be unavoidable if it happened. Maybe we all need to be a little patient at times and have respect for others.

WORST experience at this Chemist Warehouse !!!Staff were rude and unhelpful, didn't even know where anything was even though they work there. One staff member in particular, an Indian lady with glasses, had the worst customer service. Went up to her to ask where the cough lollies were located and she proceeded to let out a loud sigh and says open your eyes' under her breath. What worker behaves like this towards customers?The manager with a head scarf didn't have a much better attitude than her worker. All she said was "this is a he said

The lovely pharmacist that served me today was really informative and helpful assisting me today in arranging the pre packaging of my medicines. It was such a relief after being turned away by other pharmacies due to the amount of medications I had. She gave me a break down and explained how everything worked. I’m really grateful to have found a place that actually cares for their patients.

Very unpleasant shopping experience. Stuff don’t know their product , go through multiple staff to ask about a breast pump , worth $249 , item only has empty box on shelf , went to front counter to collect one , they found one but not allowed to walk around shop with it , when I finally collect matching bottles return to collect the pump again and was given the WRONG Pump!!!! I went back to shop straight away , and was told they never had the pump I need any way !! Even though I have showned them their empty product box from their shelf to multiple staff before hand !!!!!! I have to return everything as I’m buying for a cousin overseas and need everything on the same receipt for tax return. No apology or anything , more than one hour of my time gone to the drain , mostly waiting in line for service !!

The manager at Chemist Warehouse BHP was EXTREMELY RUDE to me. I was there for 30 minutes waiting for my prescription, so I asked kindly how long will it take, and what's taking so long. He proceeded to say, You have been rude ever since you have got here

Bought $180 bottle of perfume for my wife for Christmas from here, but got the wrong variant. She tried to exchange it today but no dice with the store manager. The cellophane was falling off when it was sold to me, I taped it up to gift wrap but shop wouldn’t take it back, despite it being unopened. Also have a “strict” seven day exchange policy, even over the Christmas break. Don’t bother buying anything from them if there is the slightest chance it is not right or might need to be exchanged.
