Lovely customer service from a well presented young lady...l had a nachos bowl for my first time here. The guac was so stringy and there was a bitter taste to something in the dish l chose...l won't order that again. Shall try a burrito or burrito bowl next.

Unfortunately I'll never eat from Zambrero Wodonga again. Have been a regular customer and never previously had complaint with their food. Until tonight. Got a burrito bowl, my usual favourite. However, I found added protein that I didn't order, in the form of a dead bug, buried in the rice/meat section. The sight of it made my stomach turn and now I'm seriously questioning their hygiene standards. I will never ever eat here again. Feel so sick right now.

The food is really good but the introduction of Menu Log and Door Dash, has clearly seen the staff directed to prioritise Menu Log orders over serving customers in the store. Not the staff's fault, just a sign of the times.

The staff were in experienced and burnt the narcho chips, but they donate food for every order and price was alright. Overall, I may come back again, as had the staff being trained better, it would have been good

An open day by the owners..As a former Boarder from the 70's.They have done Mount Carmel Presentation Convent justice.A great place to stay for a while.

Definitely prefer Mad Mex over this. Service isn't very friendly nor warm, the atmosphere is boring. Food is just okay to bleh. Gave it a 2nd chance, never again.

Second time I have been to the wodonga store and had a staff member that has absolutely no idea what they Re doing. Doesn't know how to charge for ordered items doesn't listen to your order so you are repeating yourself over and over again. And insanely slow. The other team member served 3 or four people from start to finish with multiple things in each order in the time in took her to make our two bowls. Food was good. Just incredibly slow.

Not happy at all, mum and I just wanted some food after a long day of driving and they completely missed my mums order. No one answering phones. Poor effort guys, clean up your act.
