Horrible experience!! Do not buy from these guys the quality of screen protectors are extremely terrible. Also their refund policy is absolutely dreadful, I was told to go to current affair if I wish to take it further after an extensive conversation with the manager on the phone. I have resorted to a 6 dollar ebay screen protector which is a much better quality than what I purchased from here. I've never seen customers treated so poorly in my life..

Requested a screen protector (which I've had many from other shops) took two goes and screen was smeary. She even agreed and said she will try a 3rd time. I said no thanks just take it off I'll have a refund. She refused me a refund because she didn't know how to process a refund. Said she will try a 3rd time. It wasn't much better and Im really annoyed. Told her she needs to learn how to do a refund as that is a customer's right.Now left with an awful smeary screen protector. Go to the shop opposite.

Went in and purchased a tempered glass screen protector today and also paid for expertise" in applying the tempered glass. Not soon after leaving the store did the screen protector soon start to form air bubbles underneath resulting in it peeling off. Went back to the store and asked if they could fix up these issues

I had the worst experience ever with this guys, do yourself a favour and don’t have your broken screen fix here. They have the cheapest stuff which after 3 months literally fallen off my phone and that’s exactly time how long its warranty lasts. Rubbish place. Also don’t believe their other 5 star fake reviews they doing themselves!!! What a scam.

Extremely rude and incompetent. The first girl who attended to me was polite but incompetent. She could not communicate properly and messed up applying the screen protector on the phone. The so called ‘expert’ (another girl) who fixed the screen protector was rude and dismissive to my questions and wanted me out of there asap. I do not recommend this store to anyone unless you like being treated nastily with subpar service.The products are also overpriced.

Great customer service and asian girl willing to provide the best advice for my faulty charging connector. Despite no profit for the company I recieved valuable advice and the best advise/outcome for the customer. From now on I know where to go if any other problem arises or when I need to buy something for my mobile. Thank you!

Read some pretty bad reviews which made me nervous, but I recently got my iPhone screen and back cover replaced for a good price, however… Not being a genuine Apple product, the screen now drains the battery 3 X as fast as it used to and I can no longer use Apple Pay.Use this place if you’d like a cheap quick fix

Bought a new screen protector as my original one was not sticking to phone anymore and never had any issues with it and had accidentally dropped my mobile plenty of times and never damaged my mobile however,I bought a new screen saver recently from store in City and dropped my mobile and my screen cracks 1st time I drop it. I went into the store and they said we can give new new screen for $150 even after I explained to them that I had my mobile for approx 2 and a half years and had never had an issue with old screen saver yet I buy a new screen saver from Phone Solutions and first time I drop my mobile the screen cracks and they just say bad luck, you pay $150 we fix for you! Terrible service from the lady who answered the Sales Managers (Ben's phone apparently) phone this afternoon. I will now have to go and buy a new mobile as once phone screen cracks mobiles start playing up and I need my mobile to work properly as it did before I bought a new screen saver that didn't work properly.

sold a used I phone told its was in good working condition when I used it it would not turn on and then when it did turn on it would turn itself off and then take hours before I could turn back on salesman knew that phoned was needed brought before long weekend then was without a usable phone. guy offered to put new battery in it. when it was sold to me he said it had a new battery. demanded a refund as sold faulty item, was happy with refund. as I was leaving he told me to never come back to his store the cheek off him as if I was in the wrong for being sold faulty phone that did not do what he said it would do that it was very reliable phone. as if I would want to shop there bad attitude and paying top dollars for 2nd hand phone that did not work. please everyone beware of this rude man.

got my phone screen fixed, the only damage was a cracked screen, when i got my phone back the day of the touch screen stopped working, the screen would freeze completely and the lcd is damaged too from the repair. when i took it in they refused to fix it, replace anything unless i paid again when it was under warranty. they even said in person that the issues were under warranty but still were saying i had to pay to get it fixed again. now my phone is completely useless and i have had to buy a new phone. do not get anything fixed from this place, they broke my phone and refused to do anything about it
