They've just competed the 3rd month of my social media & SEO campaign. I regularly visit the company in the Sydney's office and they sometimes suggest a new strategy for my business which is good. Now I have even more enquirers than 3 months ago. This is the agency that you can definitely rely on.

I was really excited to engage with Seoshark towards the end of 2021. I had a great discussion with the team and set some realistic expectations that we together hoped to achieve within a 3-4 month timeframe. Unfortunately, we did not reach those goals once. Each time I raised this with the team, we were reassured that changes would be made (which I am sure were), but did not change the results each month. There was also work I had sent off to be published for our blogs that did not get uploaded for at least 2 months.

We started off with really high hopes for SEO shark - with all the great reviews. We started with them in May 2021 and terminated their services in Feb 22. In this time we only received maybe 2-3 verified enquires from our website. I also found the entire time they only focused on 5 key words, in 9 months of work they worked on 5 keywords. When I caught this and brought it up they had no reason or explanation. The individual given to me as our campaign manager was clearly inexperienced and didn't really understand what was going on, always having to go to other people to answer any question I asked. The website edits were grammatically incorrect and had typos, which I picked up on and advised of. We have also since found almost ALL of their backlinks were from fake websites, or ones set up purely for backlinking, a point we specifically brought up and wanted to ensure wasn't done before we signed on with them. When we did cancel their services they tried to hold us into a contract longer than what we actually signed, stating things not mentioned in the contract - purely to try and get another month from us. When i asked for them to pass on the PWs for the different portals and logins they refused to assist. They also went and deleted any pages they added while working on our campaign - but not properly - so it still showed up on our website but took users to a 404 not found" page.Disgusting behavior once we had terminated

This digital company helped me with all my social media profiles. I started using them in March. At the beginning there wasn't much activities. But now I've got lots of followers and likes. I also have one social media manager who takes care of all my profiles. Their services are high quality at low prices!

When we started their search engine optimisation services (over 2 years ago), we were on the 14th page of searches. Now we have been for over 7 months on the first page with 2 keywords. For me SEOShark was a waste of time, head space and financial resources.Outwardly, these guys are super friendly and give the impression that they do try and want to do a good job, and I really think they do. But come crunch time the results were not there.I was promised page one on google after 6 months. This did not happen, as a result they offered me some ‘free service’ due to the poor results and lack of any real progress. After 9 months the results had not changed and I still was not ranked anywhere close to where I needed to be. This resulted in me being out of pocket until I eventually ended our relationship as it was clear that no real progress was being made.I had to chase them most months for progress reports as they were not coming. On one occasion major changes were made to my website without permission or even letting me know.I have been doing my own SEO for the last 6 months and I have found that I am rapidly moving up page on page rankings, leading me to ask what these guys were doing each month.Furthermore, 6 months later when trying to renew SSL certificates, I have come to find that SEOShark had used my email as admin for SSL for my website from their private account, this made it impossible for me to renew my SSL as I did not own the account. When I asked SEOShark to fix this, they simply told me to use another SSL provider.I hope other clients of SEOShark have had positive results, as sadly I have not.

They did all for me! They build a beautiful website and created successful SEO & social media campaigns. For sure they are the cheapest SEO company in Sydney (I asked for quotes several agencies), but at the same time they provided quality services. Their social media management is excellent!
