Thanks Guys, I’ve been involved in welding and fabrication for over 25 years now been off the tools for a few years now, so was a little nervous, this little powerhouse delivers, the choices threw me off on the screen, but I got it close and just had a go, the machine feels like it detects what’s being welded and auto adjust, I’m overwhelmed at where technology has gone. Brilliant little machine even a beginner or professional would enjoy.Thanks mate

I bought a new $400 Tig welding machine , the welding torch is too hot to use, the owner said it is just like that, really to hot too use. I am so upset that he sold me a welder he knew was too hot to use. What a waste of money.Update: after hours of negotiation over two days, I really feel this guy and his dodgy equipment cannot be trusted.I gave him the opportunity to fix it. He could have refunded the unit, he could have replaced the torch with one that wasn’t so hot it smoked through the lead from ignition, on condition I tested it to confirm it worked because I don’t trust his stuff now, and I have to travel a long way to get to his shop, or he could have just refunded me the cost of a replacement torch from elsewhere.I feel he is just messing me around so he can save money, with no care for how his bad product impacts me.Now I am just going to spend more money elsewhere to get new equipment, and report this to the ombudsman.

The bloke running this store was really helpful and actually knew what he was talking about for once. Appears to have trade experience which is relieving compared to alot of other wholesalers and stores I have been to.Will definitely be doing more business with him!
