The lady was so rude..just telling about the problem and asking nicely but she was yelling at me telling to wait..I was so ashamed because I'm not even finished asking questions..and the things is I'm the only one customers there..

I rarely post a complaint feedback. This one just blow my mind.I have never ever experienced such a horrible service.She was very rude, impolite and impatience. She had a problem when I was discussing with my partner which one to buy. I would not recommend this any one ever.

The lady at the counter was horrible! I have never ever experienced such bad customer service. She firstly ignored us and walked away mid conversation to serve another customer even though we were there earlier. She then walked away halfway during our chat to sit in the corner on her chair and refused to serve us. I had only looked at one case and asked to see another and she was not having it. She then said you can't touch the case and only look, however, minutes before she served another customer normally. I even asked her why she was being difficult and rude, and she simply replied STOP I don't want to argue and walked away and sat on her chair. I would give her store a 0 out of 5 if I could, definitely would never buy from her or recommend!
