Lake Forbes Motel
A very welcoming, warm cosy room for a family of 4 consisting of 2 adults 2 kids 7 yr old and 8 months, a park across the road. Comfy beds. The faculties are very clean and appropriate. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

The rooms were exactly what we needed for an overnight stay. We arrived late on a cold night and were really pleased that the heater was on and so were the electric blankets! It was a very nice touch.My only feedback is that it can be a bit hard to find the right room if you are arriving at night. We ended up parking on the street and scoping out the rooms on foot to avoid trying to work out our room from the car.

The bed was very comfortable, it was a bit pricey at $145 but we had just spent 3 nights in dubbo in a private cabin for $120 per night. Staff were lovely. Rooms are a bit out dated and shower needs a Solid screen so you don't have to use every towel to clean it up.

Nice, clean room. Lots of character to the place. Felt like a cute getaway. The host was super helpful; he even gave us a listing of local restaurants. Simplest possible check in and out. Would recommend.

Lake Forbes Motel
While this is an older style motel I could not fault it for cleanliness and facilities. It's in a great location near the town but not in the Centre. The room was sparkling clean and had fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster and decent size mugs!Very good price too and service.Highly recommend if you are passing through Forbes, and take a walk or run along the lake if you have time!

Lake Forbes Motel
Loved our night at Lake Forbes Motel. The room is comfortable and clean. The motel has been very well looked after. The staff are lovely and the motel is in a great location, directly across from a park and playground which our kids loved. The motel is right next to the lake and a short walk to the supermarket. Looking forward to staying again when we are in Forbes next.

I did enjoy my stay. I could not work out the air-conditioning it was too hot or too cold. There was a bit of noise from the highway, which can not be helped. The service was really good. The owner is a real credit to the place. I would definitely come back. The internet is the best that we have had on this trip

Clean and very comfortable room for an overnight stay. Parking could have been more convenient to our room, but overall a nice stay with great location to access the town.

Rooms a little small but very clean and great value for money. A bit noisy with the trucks right on the highway. Was all we needed for a night stop.
