Bill was very responsive to emails, texts and phone calls.My Oppo Reno Z was collected on a Tuesday morning and repaired by Thursday arvo and dropped back to me Friday morning.My phone now has a working screen again and I can back up all the photos of our kids.Thanks for the amazing service Bill! ❤️

I cannot recommend Bill and A One Mobiles and Repairs enough. My father passed away and my mother had a few years of photos of him on her iPad from their travels around Australia and just day to day life. Of course the iPad died. I have a background in electronics from years ago and knew enough to be dangerous. It didn't take much online research to discover I was out of my depth with an iPad, and it was too important to screw up. But, online I found one guy on YouTube doing tutorials and giving away valuable 'trade secrets'; he was calm, knowledgeable and didn't just replace whole boards. I looked the guy up and he was actually in Australia.I am so pleased I sent the iPad to Bill. A week or so later I got a message saying it's fixed and all photos recovered and put on USB! Amazing. He knew how important the photos were but still charged the same low price as per the quotes. Skilled, honest, friendly, caring and excellent communication throughout. I cannot recommend Bill and A One Mobiles and Repairs enough. Thank you Bill.

A One mobiles & Repairs were absolutely brilliant! Their professionalism, fabulous communication and expertise are to be commended. They managed to save all the data off my son's phone despite the phone being deemed irreparable (it was dropped in the bath!). I would highly recommend their highly skilled services. I have had reason to use this business several times over the last month or so. I have found Bill, and everyone else I have dealt with at A One, to be professional, knowledgeable, efficient and courteous. The team has gone above and beyond my expectations in terms of providing a satisfactory outcome, and has made a number of really helpful suggestions, unprompted. I believe that the service offered is excellent value for money and I have been provided much time and information without charge. I have also never felt patronised, despite being largely IT illiterate, and everyone is very patient. I would thoroughly recommend this business.

I cannot recommend Bill enough, his responsiveness, no nonsense approach to customer service is second to none. Bill responded to my query promptly, organised pick up of the device, had it fixed and working the next day, and to top it off, he even delivered the device back to me! 10/10 service which I’ll be recommending and using in the future! A One Mobiles & Repairs were great. I mailed in my phone to them for repair and they were great in terms of their communications and invoicing and made everything a lot easier than I thought it would be. They express shipped my phone back to me (with a tracking number) in two days after repair and included some sweets in the package, which was definitely a nice surprise haha! Really impressed with their professionalism and processes - would highly recommend them :)

The place is clean inside. I mean spotless! Bill is a genuine honest hard working man with a real kindness and strong integrity. His work I can not fault and his prices is very fair. He was super attentive to my repair request and was very flexible and forth right with his explanation of what we had achieved by doing the repair and what to do if there was further issues. To get a park to enter the store was no issue at all as there is a good amount of options for parking. I you have something the you want looked at big or small I 100% recommend here as the very first place to visit. An done be shy of leaving Bill a tip for his outstanding service. You are paying for his years of experience and all the equipment and even the rent for the place he operates from. If you don't take care of him the way he will take care of you and your repair when next need his outstanding prowess he may not be there so the least you can do is take care of him too.

Very impressed with my experience here at A One Mobiles & Repairs. The store presentation was excellent, service from the young girl was friendly and helpful as well as the tech who came and spoke to me about my repair afterwords. Price was what most other stores were offering but i choose these guys because of the professionalism and i'm glad I did. Ill be back for future repairs and ill be recommending them to family/friends. Thanks again guys!!
