Plantation Homes - Spring Mountain Display Homes

Archie has been absolutely great with our home planning. He responds quickly to requests and enquiries and nothing seems to be too much trouble. I wish our previous builds with other builders was as easy and pleasant as this has been so far. Always enjoyed our face to face meetings and a little disappointed that our further dealings will not be with Archie.

I haven’t decided yet which company to go with my new home. But I have to say Jason’s service is amazing! And other young handsome man( I forgot his name ) as well! They are all friendly and professional, they be honest with the price, not try to hide anything. They tried very hard to solve all the inquiries. I have been looking around all the display homes , they have best customer service here! If I build home with plantation homes, I would say the biggest reason is these two men! Absolutely smart and professional!

Started our home building process with Plantation Homes and so far so good. Archie, our first home consultant, has been nothing but amazing making sure that everything is in order. Really appreciate all the effort he’s put in into helping us get started with our new home.

Nice displays. We went a fair way through the quote process with Archie. He was very helpful answering a variety of questions along the way and assisting with changes to plans. Factual and not a pushy sales person which I liked. Ended up going with a different builder so can't comment past that part of the process.

It's an outstanding office space and shows off the builders muscle and capability. It's spacious and stylish. However the staff have not been forthcoming and I find I'm initiating most conversations which makes me feel I'm not valued as a potential customer.

We really enjoyed genuine support offered to us during our visit to Plantation Springfield rise (as compared to other plantation officers) mainly by Archie as our new home sales consultant. He certainly has ability to listen to clients and providing the right direction which is always very helpful when you are new in this area. We always found him very professional in his client focused approach. Thank you so much for very helpful experience while we were reviewing various builders.

Excellent customer service and lot of options to choose. Archie was our consultant and he was absolutely amazing with customer service and explanations. He made too easy for us to select and process in fast track. Nice bloke, highly recommended

I am a little late in writing this review. Better late than never.. :):) I am about to take the possession of my New Home. So thought of sharing my experience at Plantation Homes - Springfield Rise . Archie was our Sales Consultant for our New Home. We really enjoyed his genuine and honest support offered to us . He listens to the clients queries and questions with great patience and provides the right direction which is always very helpful when you are planing for your first home. We always found him very professional in his approach. Archie has been amazingly great with our New home planning. Archie is an amazing person, his professional and kind have wrapped me up..I am so lucky to meet such a good person after tripped down by an irresponsible builder, who went under in a sudden.
