I called Matt when a scared kitty got stuck up least 40+ feet up a tree.. This cat had been stuck in the sun for so long we were very concerned about it's well being. We couldn't get anyone to come out and help.called many people that either didn't respond or said they wouldn't come to our poulsbo location.. Matt not only responded immediately but was kind,sympathetic and understanding. Even though we contacted him later in the day he came ASAP to access the situation. He was informative and understanding. TRULY IMPRESSED!
