P & S Logistics

We did a lot of research on which Logistics company we should use to transport our car from Perth to Sydney. And we reviewed a lot of reviewing sites, and P & S had the highest rating, overall good feedback and a reasonable costing.What I appreciate was their support in answering my questions, the accurate costing to delivery (no hidden extras), good communication and delivery. It was a seamless process (helpful as moving interstate can be quite stressful). In short, I will use them again if ever I need to move a vehicle.

I recently hired P&S to ship my beloved car from Melbourne to Perth.Their price was far better than other companies.Customer service is very kind and went out of the way to help.One thing I have learnt if you are kind to them , they will be very helpful and great to deal with.

First, they aren't a towing company, they subcontract other drivers and companies so you have no way of communication with your driver or company unless you are using depots.Then, I paid $220 for them to pick up at my address, but they refused but said they could pick up the car on the side of a highway on the way. They didn't uphold my request and service that I paid for and not only that, refused to refund when they could not pick up my car.Never use or trust this company. Go to a local towie or a well known group.

Had no issues at all but communication could have been more prompt as I didn’t receive confirmation of the transfer until days later. All the same- affordable and absolutely reliable in getting my car transported in the time quoted! Thank you!

I used P & S to move a car from Brisbane to Melbourne. The whole process was seamless, from the online booking to the moment I picked the car up at its destination. The price was very competetive compared to better known transport companies, the drop-off and collection depots were convenient for me and they delivered the car 2 days ahead of schedule! Will use them again.

ITEMS STOLEN FROM CAR:P&S, you should warn your customers that they will lose their items if taken through a ship and you are just a frontend for another ship company. You should also tell your customers that, should they lose all of their items, you can't do anything, not even talk to the ship people.You use ship from other companies and have no control over luggage at all.__As other have talked about, I should have watched the reviews. Sent my Car to Perth neat and tidy with lots of luggage I paid extra money. See the picture of how it arrived, they stole everything of value and left my wife's clothes in black trash bags. We had suitcases and lots of items, all gone.Such a shame, we don't have much money now and lost around 5K worth of goods. Can't buy that again, my wife is crying and I am so stressed out. Bad company. Things we lost: Dash camera, every single shoes and socks, Tool box, expensive hand bags, any good clothes that were new, my small job Esky, cooking pan new etc.Edit: In previous version of this comment I got the ship company you use wrong. It was named “Sierra Nevada Highway”. Received a call from that wrongly accused company who told me about my experience and mixup and how they warn their customers about theft. You didn’t. You charged me extra money for something your competitor dofor free and then I lost 5k worth of goods. Would not recommend. I have added more proof with pictures

Please do not use this company. Our experience was harrowing. We paid them nearly $3000 to move our motor home from Tasmania to Melbourne. They could not tell me where my vehicle was, gave me multiple sites and dates and when pressed for exact details their customer service people were rude, dismissive and hung up on us. Requests to speak with the manager resulted in us being yelled at and when we traveled to the address given and we called their office asking how to find our vehicle we were told the ‘address’ was in the email- dock 2 Pt Melbourne! Thank goodness for the amazing staff at Sea Load - who ww didn’t pay- who went above and beyond to help us find our dream bus on the docks and got us moving. Shame on you P&S logistics, you took a long awaited positive moment and turned it into an appalling experience.

I used these guys to move my car from QLD to WA. They were really well priced and got it to me in exactly two weeks, which was the minimum time it would take. This was also over a public holiday period. All other companies were experiencing delays and the wait times were closer to a month or longer so it was really nice to not have that happen. My car did come extremely dirty (to the point where there was dry mud caked on all the windows so I couldn’t see well) and they didn’t have anything to help me clean it so I could drive to a car wash. But given all the other positives it wasn’t a big deal.
