make sure you ask for all the individual prices upfront. I got charged $1 each for some m10 washers which got lost in the total and they would not take them back

I have purchased from these guys several times over the last couple of days, all my purchases were around their minimum purchase amount. Every time I was greeted in a friendly manner and with a 'can do' attitude. Clearly this business has an excellent culture and I very much look forward to purchasing from them in the future. Great little business, lot to choose from and mostly friendly helpful staff.I bought the wrong loctite and 20 mins later after realising it was the wrong one I went back to change it over.Their point was it is a “consumable” and policy is no returns or refunds. Even though it was not touched and very clear it was not used or opened.I bought The correct ones at the price of $50 and expressed that I thought it was not reasonable.I said no problem I will share my experience online and the manager said if you do, don’t come back! … bit rude! They still took my money on that occasion.Bottom line is a good shop but if you have an issue, you may not get fair consideration.

I went to this store today to ask for help on two minor but very difficult issues. The man there (lovely guy with a beard) was super helpful and the obviously knowledgeable woman there also came up and offered help and advice. This is the sort of business we ALL should applaud because these super smart professionals are worthy of our respect and support.
