I chose Maz to sell my home in Boonah based on her amazing reviews, but unfortunately my experience with her did not mirror the glowing and positive experiences described by others. I listed at Maz's recommended selling price, subsequently made two (substantial) price reductions, was on the market for over three months and still my property did not sell. Ultimately I've made the difficult decision to remove the property from the market as I felt it was getting 'stale', which is a hugely disappointing outcome, particularly as other properties in the area (listed with other agents) were selling during the same period.Maz's service provision was overall generic - she showed the house when people enquired but there was nothing unique or exemplary in her performance, and she didn't seem overly engaged or positive at all in her communications with me, which I can best describe as 'sparse'. I was often left wondering if anything was happening and feeling quite anxious during an already stressful process due to Maz's brief messages and general tone of negativity.I've bought and sold several properties over the years so have a solid baseline for comparison, and Maz's performance (both in terms of achieving a strong end result and with regards to the service she provided during the process) was below par. If I'd known then what I know now I would absolutely have listed with a different agent.

Maz Morris is a high professional in the real estate market. She knows this market very well and is always ready to help at any time. She works 20 hours a day, and I could communicate with her at 22 and 23 hours.
