Couldn't recommend more! I recently got my 186DE (PR) grant thanks to Linda and the team. I'm glad my Employer had chosen Abacus as our migration lawyer to handle the visas. Abacus are very professional, organised, punctual and clear when providing their advices and services. I believe that their positive track record too has helped in achieving our target within a very short period, even though it was a complex application (pregnancy + baby).

Horrible experience and bad decision to use Abcus. Both Linda and Daniel were unprofessional and rude. They failed to make the process easier and smoother. In fact, they created more trouble/ complication to the process, caused tremendous stress and prolonged waiting period. Stay away from them, you deserve better!!!Here are the main issues I have experienced:1. Money hungry, causing unnecessary delay/complication: My occupation was just added to PMOL list when I approached the agent. A professional and experienced agent should know that immigration policy changes anytime and should take advantage by taking action immediately. However, Daniel Rudge not only did the opposite, but also pushed my company to apply for 482 work visa first so that he can charge double fees (I believe), even though I am qualified to apply for 186 DE straight away.In addition to that, when I asked him multiple times to prepare both visa together to save time, he failed to disclose that a separate staff is responsible for 186 application.2. Unprofessional and causing unnecessary delay: Linda McCreath failed to follow up with my employer for 186 sponsorship documentations promptly and professionally, causing at least 2 month delay with the 186 submission, resulting extra 10 month processing time. My 186 application would have been submitted by January 2022, the latest, if Linda listened and acted on my instruction /reminder to follow up. (if you don’t hear from people, pick up the phone and call them! that’s common sense in professional environment!!!) My colleague who applied end of January 2022 got granted PR June 2022. Due to the delay caused by Linda, I waited extra 10 month for approval and during these period, the PMOL list was removed.3. Hidden cost: Linda McCreath charged me $150+GST extra for updating my address. That is ridiculous! On one hand, they tell you “don’t contact or update your application to avoid confusion with internal affairs”. On the other hand, they charge you extra for doing something that, would have been included in the one-off fee with other agent, and actually would cost nothing if I updated myself.Overall, it was a very frustrating experience dealing with both Linda and Daniel. It seems that they only cared about getting money from me and did not care / act on what was best for my interest. Very toxic people, unprofessional. DO NOT RECOMMENDED.

It was a complicated process, one that involved a dizzying array of moving parts, but Linda and Dan took us through every step of the way of what to expect and what to prepare for.
