Harris Scarfe Craigieburn (Homewares & Manchester)

Been calling this store to place an order unfortunately they didn't answer their phones.

Julie the customer service lady is so rude and arrogant. She has no customer service skills at all.

So I went in due to receiving a catalogue in the the mail, didn't even know there was a Harris scarf in Craigieburn, absolutely wrapped at this point. Walked in, there was one staff that was serving, lovely young girl.. As I wondered through the store looking for a rice cooker couldn't find it looked went back to the counter now there was another staff member Carolyn and she said they never received it because they were a much smaller store, they suggested I try a bigger store, nobody mentioned that they would help locate it so I could at least just pick up or even maybe mention bringing it to the store.... I continued to look around a few things had no prices on the item looked around for assistance noone in sight when appeared a lady that looked as though she couldn't be bothered with being at work only to find out she was the store manager Annette, asked her for some help was about frustrated or annoyed with me asking, I mean your job ithere is to make the store money and bring customers back for continued sales, but I assure you I will not be going back rather go to the lager Harris scarf I mean when a sales consultant looks bussy there they actually are... The whole time I was there there was maybe 4 ppl in the store at a time absolutel max and I think even one time it was just me....not impressed customer.
