Harry Can Fix It

I purchased a Dyson V11 from gumtree and it stopped working fairly soon after I picked it up. I knew that was a possibility buying secondhand, but I don't mind paying Dyson to fix it.However, Dyson said they would only fix items that are registered to that person, & the vacuum was still registered to the previous owner. I sent several messages to Lin (previous owner) on gumtree to deregister the vacuum for over a month, and she never replied to a single message.Since Dyson wouldn't look at it, instead of a vacuum, I had just spent hundreds of dollars on what is now just a decorative stick.And that is why I'm so grateful I found Harry Can Fix It. He diagnosed the problem over the phone, I left the vacuum in the drop-off box, & it was fixed on the same day (though I chose to pick it up the next morning). And I'm sure Harry is a lot cheaper than Dyson, so it was a win in the end.I will be going to Harry Can Fix It over Dyson from now on.

I was shocked to see my Dyson V6 before & after photos & wasted $ on battery with Dyson I didn’t even need before finding Harry Can Fix It! Dyson should recommend this must do service. Great rates too. My Dyson is working and looking like new. See some before & afters!

Can and will absolutely recommend Harry can fix it. We just got our Dyson cleaned and it’s as brand new as it can be with out taking it directly out of the box. Such a great job was done to clean it.
