Great reception from front desk on entry- felt welcomed and then I met my physio Guru Tessa who has managed to work on my neck and back and after 5 visits I am feeling great relief and I am convinced that I am on my way to a full recovery. No pain no gain thank you

I have been going for over 2 years after back issues. The staff are amazing and I maintain my self with weekly Pilates class . My back is as good as it has eve been.

Maighan Corps is amazing !! She is extremely knowledgeable and skilled at what she does . I had 3 private sessions with her . Today I went for a group class with her , and told her I stained my lower back last week . Maighan has helped me to work on my back muscle stretching , after this session, my lower back pain went away . Thank you total physiocare !!!
