Great menu, fabulous seafood particularly the morton bay bugs and the chowder. The staff are friendly and attentive. The take away is also worth the effort. Highly recommend this restaurant.

Very good food and service. A couple of minor issues - our booking was only noted as being for 3 people even though we were 5 and repeated this twice - the guy on the phone sounded distracted and initially got the booking time wrong. Food was almost flawless apart from a bit of crab shell in the crab pasta. Strange pricing for sparkling water (considerably cheaper to buy smaller bottles than big ones). Shared toilets are outside and no longer require getting a key to use, which is handy. Close to 5 stars but not quite, based on the few issues we had. Maybe next time, since we’ll definitely be back

Changing to 5 stars, went back after years and now the potato scallops are cooked to perfection, they used to be hard in the middle and well done on the outside. They also have burgers, great for the fish haters!

Came here with my grandma last night and had the best seafood meal we've had in a long time. Garlic prawns and seafood pie is a must ! Large portions and friendly fast service. Will definitely be coming back and would recommend.

Heard about the fabulous Fish Pie from friends so three of us from four had the Fish Pie. Was absolutely delicious and beautifully presented. Best ever. Seafood chowder was the other dish which my friend ordered and was told it was very tasty. Was busy but the staff were pleasant and efficient in all areas. Is BYO and 3 hr parking. Will be back.

Very friendly staff and nice ambience. Scallops from Queensland were good and the chowder tasted good with lots of seafood. Very filling!

Great fish pie, chowder and bug meat tagliatelle. Good selection of daily fish with seasonal sides, and the entree (scallops) was delicious. Service was attentive and quick for what was a busy night.I highly recommend for quality seafood.

Good local fish restaurant. Was quite hyped from friends and family. For a seafood only restaurant I would really like to see more whole fish on the bone, the vast majority was filleted. Byo and good prices will bring me back.

Amazingly we got a Friday night booking when we called at lunch time the same day.Requested and was confirmed an indoor table for 5 as my dad has frail health and it’s winter. A special for the fabulous Seafood chowder was advertised for the month prompting our visit.No table inside avail - “sorry” says the manager after standing out the front door for 10 minutes. Asked to sit at an outside table until something comes up. Seated, given menus and forgotten. No water, no wine glasses….A couple walks in after and is seated. Table set and served straight away!There was one poor waiter totally stressed serving too many people.ABSOLUTELY SHORT STAFFED.The table beside us were WAITING 2 HOURS for food as the kitchen was behind.When I went in to ask for wine glasses and water I was told our table was ready. We made our way inside to be told “ sorry - miscommunication. Table is not free”We went elsewhere for dinner at 8:45pm!OVERBOOKED, SHORT STAFFEDDISSAPOINTED
