Been here a few times I have found that some of the people behind the counter quiet rude, no smile,no hello etc I normally go to United, it's cheaper and the service is great

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!I visited after 10pm last night and was ordered over the loudspeaker very rudely 'Pump 7 it is pay first now', similarly to other customers. When I went inside to pay, I asked why this was the case and was told it was American policy, despite their advertising that they are 'proudly Australian'.I said to the attendant that they will lose customers as a result and he said I don't care!!!""

This petrol station can be a little difficult to exit if you're trying to get over to the shops so be careful.

As patrol stations not too bad.Recently upgraded air pump for the tyres so that's a bonus.Another nice option is to pay via the ampol app at the pump instead of going inside. This is especially useful when you have young kids in the car and often have to take the whole tribe in when paying.

Good shop - friendly staffAmazing location. I mean, you go down the parkway from up north. You get a low fuel warning and you are super happy to see gas gas gas on the left hand exit.Bonus was the shops microphone was on so while pumping we all got to hear the cash register cha-chinging away.

Like, oils ain't oils.. fuel ain't fuel.Got some premium or 98 or whatever they call it from here and got the same power and economy as regular unleaded.These days it's hard to know what we are really putting in out tanks..Soon it won't matter, we'll just want to know how long it takes to recharge..

Its a Woolies Caltex, what more to say.Friendly staff. Convenient to Drakeford drive, easy ingress, a little attention needed to egress west bound. Not a lot of space between drive way and pumps so sometimes there will be a line-up when the other drivers don't see the empty slots and block the line to the closest pumps.

The staff was good I saw I think the boss cheering and clapping to his team member. She must of done a really good job. It’s nice too see a boss get so pumped up for his team member you don’t really see that much theses days it made me smile
