The staff at Mecca are amazing, and so helpful. I had my makeup done there and was so happy with it.I bought a foundation that was wrongly recommended (too dark) and I took it back and the girls swapped it out for the correct shade no issues at all.

If I could rate Mecca any higher I would. I am amazed by the exceptional customer service every time I walk in. The makeup quality is perfect and to add on to that, The range of different makeup brands is amazing. If this is what your looking for in a makeup store then I can guarantee you that you will not regret buying from Mecca.

Holly at Kotara is my new favourite human. Instead of letting me buy a product I didn’t need, she educated me on the things I needed to change to make my 40yr skin behave! She was generous with her time, kind with her words, and clever with her makeup knowledge! Poor but happy!

I had my make up done for a birthday party on Saturday and had the best time at Mecca. Layla was my friendly make up artist and she set out by asking me what (if anything) I wanted to learn and when I told her my goals, she very patiently and supportively helped me learn some new techniques for my eyeliner, eyes and brows. She was up to date with the best products, listened to what I wanted and helped me practice myself. She even wrote me a few detailed pages of notes so I could replicate the look for a wedding as a bridesmaid in a few weeks. I ended up buying a lot of the products she recommended and used and I am feeling so much more confident in my use of them. I absolutely will be back to see her to continue to expand my skills - her professionalism, talent and knowledge was amazing. Thanks so much Layla, I felt so beautiful.

It was not a a good time for the first time I found the drunk elephant bronzing drops and my friends mum wanted it she picked it up and called her mum. After the lady went and got another person and brought her over and her mum said no so she put them back and the lady went to see if we took it then she went on to open it to see if it was in there then both of the ladies followed us around trying to hide it but it was really obvious we looked at her and she she called security even though we had nothing on us

I'm not certain on the spelling of her name but Genevieve was absolutely wonderful on Easter Saturday at MECCA Kotara when I came in unsure of what to spend my gift voucher on. She gave me honest and outstanding product recommendations which were all tailored to my needs/concerns. Genevieve went above and beyond for my satisfaction and generally speaking was just a lovely person. She was very engaging and radiated such a positive vibe! Love the product she showed me as well. She was absolutely spot on. Massive thank you Genevieve!Further, (again I am not too sure of the spelling), Aisha/Isha) from MECCA Kotara was also a wonderful salesperson! I was very overwhelmed in the store by all of my options so she took the time to get me samples of all different foundations all while telling me about the pros and cons of each one. She was honest, reliable and found me my perfect product. She was so friendly and relatable; making it feel like I was speaking to a friend rather than an employee.Thank you to all the girls at MECCA Kotara. Not once have I had a negative experience. You are the reason I keep coming back!

I recently had my makeup done at Mecca Kotara and could not praise the staff more. From the initial welcome to the store until the final purchase at the counter - they are all a credit to Mecca.I had my makeup done by Genevieve (for my hens) and she guided me through the process like a professional and I was so happy with the end result - could not recommend her more in terms of her ability, communication and customer service. Absolute legend and I will be back!

I shop regularly both online and instore. The customer service at Mecca Kotara is exceptional. Today Sierra helped me trial new products and a sweeter all of my questions with incredible patience and knowledge. She took the time to apply each of the products and was not pushy at all.
