I have been purchasing the lovely bread products and scones, which are made fresh daily. Which I really enjoy for having breakfast and other times, having the perfect treat.

Great place with delicious pastries! A little on the pricey side, but you get better quality and more interesting flavours

Bad Service, the staff was serving 3 other customers that arrived after me who was patiently waiting in line. All those 3 customers were not even waiting in line and I ended up leaving the shop without buying anything. This was not the only bad experience I had in this store,will never come back.

Great friendly customer service, and very high quality bread!

Monday the 17th of April 2023 at 1:30pm I was at Bakers Delight Camberwell. There was only one worker at that time, a little young blonde worker with a ponytail and she was RUDE. As soon as I walked in she saw me but ignored me and proceeded to get her drink bottle and had a drink. Then she went to the back to do who knows what for at least 2 minutes. During this time there was a line built up. Once she finally came to the front she ruffling around and went to the back. I had to wait for another 2 minutes for her to come back out. This had been already 4 minutes of my time wasted on something that could have been a 30 second job to Bakers Delight. With a no warm welcome and as soon as I opened my mouth to order she just did a big sigh. She was all grumpy and her attitude was just not it. I’m left with no words.

Bread is great & service is very friendly. Bought torpedo rolls and the crust broke off these, the centres were full of air and when they were buttered there was hardly any bread there. They were not suitable.

Constantly sold out of the only type of bread I buy before midday, clearly desperately trying to avoid having leftovers. I never go here anymore. Almost got sold a different type of bread once which would have made me sick if I hadn't noticed, once I called the girl out on it then she admitted the bread I asked for had sold out. Very dodgy.
