DO NOT engage Kinsman Kitchens or their affiliated parties to design/manufacture/install your kitchen or laundry. They sell you the dream and come up short in turning it into a reality. The forecast install timeframes blew out ridiculously, with no formal notice. From a 4-hour design consultation that did not take accurate measurements of existing building elements in the space in two instances, to the installing contractor coming to site to physically verify said measurements and overlooking them and signing off the design for manufacture. When my privately engaged Builder started preparation works of the area (flooring and plastering) it was noted that one measurement was 100mm too large and the whole wall of cabinetry would encroach into our hallway, the main thoroughfare of our home.

This company is totally unprofessional, a kitchen I put a deposit on for January is still not going to be installed until May. Every time you call no one answers and you wait on hold for 25 minutes. Customer service is non exisistant!!!!They got the measurement wrong three times with three different site surveyors, then charged me extra because they measured my kitchen out by a whole metre!!! I paid a second instalment to the bank account they gave me the first time and they couldn't trace it even though I sent them a receipt so the cancelled my delivery. Apparently its a different bank details for the second instalment????? Are you kidding me?? I rang my bank and there was nothing wrong on my end?? When you send a bank receipt is proof its been deposited. My bank said this is very immature." Then I was told after they ripped out my kitchen my benchtop which I made a deposit on months ago wouldn't be available for a month - no bench top or sink for six weeks? These guys have no clue what they are doing
