Sue proves every stereotype about property managers wrong. She remained professional, understanding, and compassionate during my tenancy under them, even when my roommates and I weren't exactly being reasonable. Even after we moved out and were technically not her problem anymore, she still did what she could to help.Its refreshing to have a property manager on my side for once.
