Not interested in helping just try and get you in and out quick so they can roll more people through, rushed me through my tax return.

I feel my appointment was extremely rushed.And not thoughtfully looked after.I've had better experiences with H&R in the past at other branches.My appointment was with leeann.

My wife and I saw Dianne at this establishment for the 17-18 FY. Dianne took the time and care to go over everything applicable to us and our industries, to ensure we received the best possible tax outcome on our lodgement.We will be back again.

Not much help

Paid nearly double the quoted price I received over the phone, tax return was rushed with not even half of my receipts were entered into the return. When I left my return was meant to be a little over 2k, however they made errors in the submission and didn’t inform me of these accounting errors then they adjusted the return down on some of the claims (that I had full proof of) which reduced my return without my knowledge or consent. I called a month later as I hadn’t received any tax return to find this information out and that I now had a tax bill. When asked about why they adjusted my claim down without my consent the response was “it’s only a few hundred dollars”$2,000 deduced to -$150.00 is a big discrepancy in my books.I honestly could of done a more professional job myself.Strongly suggest not using this company.
