I felt intimidated and patronized. Upon having the police turn up on doorstep unexpectedly I became upset and was told to calm down" in a patronizing and very irritated tone by a female officer. In basic training officers are told to never tell someone to calm down as it will illicit the opposite response. I have never felt so unsafe and threatened by the police in my life and it is incredibly disappointing to think that those who are supposed to support and care for our community treat those in crisis with such a lack of compassion. I'm appalled and will be lodging an official complaint requested the recorded conversation to be reviewed."

The Ferny Grove police have been awesome and kind when dealing with my mentally and behaviourally challenged child. We were given the station number in order to call directly and they have always come as soon as they could (and apologised the few times the could not arrive promptly).They are overworked, under appreciated and deserve our support, as they support us.

Officer on the phone was reasonable and polite, he helped me understand the status of my situation, he gave clear and concise instructions on how to proceed with the issue that I have experienced. Very Professional. I have had very poor experiences with Queensland police in the past so was quite refreshing. Unfortunately I cannot recall the name of the officer I spoke to.

Do NOT report a crime to these pretenders, they wont do a thing about it. This is the second time I've been waiting for an officer to attend my residence so I can make a report. Despite repeated phone calls they never showed up. Corrupt and dangerously negligent.

Sneaky Sneaky! ;) Keep your curtains closed people XD Was shown 0 respect from the moment the door was opened, and was then asked why no respect was being shown to them?... IQ 200. Not to mention, they went around the side of my house, left the gate open and my dog had run off. We found him with a broken leg an hour later after being hit by a car. If i see any of the officers that showed up today, we will be having a conversation..

The police officer i dealt with on Monday 28th at 11pm. Was absolutely fantastic. I dont remember his name but the way he looked after my wife and i was exemplary. Thank you
