Terrible customer service!!! Ordered a part - called for tracking multiple times- finally put my foot down to get tracking they had sent to the wrong address - part is not working they advise to send an email with videos - no reply - they just really don’t care at all - if they can make a $$$ there is 0 after sales service-Definitely better off purchasing online

I recently bought an used V-Strom 650XT. The Rick Gill team is very supportive and proficient. They helped me a lot to properly setup the bike, also to transfer some gear from the old bike to the new one. Great Customer Service! Great job! Great team, can only recommend them.

Thank you so much for the awesome service & working with Team SYM Australia to order the battery cover. Rick Gill & SYM nailed it. I was going to go to the click - order way from offshore & quoted some £ 8 Euros plus post conversion $77 AUD where as Mr Gill’s $41.50. I reckon online on most occasions for parts is risky, one month delivery and relying on our local postal service “No Names” is a fair dinkum joke. Big thanks to Josh who called me on Monday super service. Today I also called Josh answered the phone professionally what a fantastic voice for your business. Totally must be linked to great leadership, training - a great place to work model.

I have been going to Rick Gill for years and it is still the best bike shop I have dealt with. The workshop are always friendly, helpful and I trust them to look after my ride. The staff upstairs are always welcoming and easy to deal with.

Excellent customer service! Had a flat tyre & was missing a mirror on my moped and was quoted heaps more expensive then what these guys ended up charging me. Absolutely ecstatic with the service & price! I would highly recommend this place for ALL of your motorcycle needs. Thanks again guys!
