Revita Medical and skin clinic

First bad experience. Booked in an appointment to get my depression and anxiety medication script filled. Got booked in no worries and 5 minutes after my scheduled apt get a call to say I am not able to have a telehealth consult because they haven't seen me face to face in over a year (obviously because we have been a pandemic). No one told me when booking the apt that it needed to be face to face, I will now be without this medication I need for a week. Get your act together this is people's lives. Apologies don't cut it, DO BETTER.

AVOID Dr Rao at any cost!! I saw her twice for the same thing and bought two types of cream she recommended. My local pharmacist was puzzled and asked me who recommended the medicine for my condition, he said it wont help but can make my condition worse and he is absolutely right!

I had a lovely experience at this clinic today. Although visiting the doctor is never something you want to do, the reception staff made me feel so welcome as soon as I walked in. Dr Niaz was running right on time and made me feel very comfortable during my appointment. He was very professional and thorough which put my mind at ease. I will definitely be returning to this clinic and recommending them to my friends and family. Thank you to the team for making a stressful situation so much nicer than I thought it would be.

Dr Nandi is the very best GP I have ever had. He cares about me and makes sure I am checked regularly. I cannot say the same for doctor Rao who would not prescribe me painkillers that I had already been on for some time due to a serious back injury. I only went to her as Dr Nandi was away at the time. She said to me she didn't want the clinic to get into trouble for prescribing heavy medications despite the fact I was already using them and had access to my medical history. The hospital I am in today due to her unwillingness to provide the painkillers I needed has suggested to formally complain about her behaviour which I will be doing.

Great medical centre, I always see Dr Galia Millington and Dr Bikash Nandi who are both great doctors. Reception staff are always accommodating and friendly

Dr RAO is extremely rude, needs proper training when it comes to sensitive topics. Don’t just assume things, listen to your patients. Would not recommend this Dr.

I attended this clinic to get botox for the first time and was quite anxious about it all. The whole experience was wonderful, the reception staff are lovely and Dr. Reza was so kind and reassuring, explaining everything in great detail and making sure I was comfortable the entire time. As for the results, I could not be happier, thanks Dr. Reza for giving me my confidence back!

It's one of the last bulk billed places around and the doctors are perfectly good at what they do.

Great experience, staff were helpful and doctor Nandi was very friendly. Madhav, who took my blood was a great sport and made me feel very comfortable despite my distaste towards needles. Highly recommend!
