Excellent service. Zelle have been managing a property for me now for several years. I have always found the staff very helpful, courteous and obliging to me as a landlord. I also find they are very fair with the tenants.Their monthly reports are posted reliably, are clear and thorough.I really can't fault them.I've dealt with a lot of r/e agents over the years, ranging from very good down to shocking. Zelle are right at the high end for sure.Highly recommended.

As a young investor, often I am not taken seriously. At an open house, Gabrielle stood on her phone uninterested in speaking to my partner and I. When older couples approached her, Gabrielle got off her phone immediately. I gave my feedback on Real Estate once I had purchased another property. Gabrielle called me in response and was quite defensive. She did not take any responsibility for her discrimination. Even after I gave her multiple examples that she did not deny. I would never consider engaging Gabrielle to sell any of my properties or purchase a property Gabrielle is managing.

Couldn’t ask for a better service!For the last 8 years my property has been leased through McGrath real estate. During that time every property manager has been prompt with requests, clear in communication and very professional. Recently our property changed tenants and Yiota went above and beyond to find the right tenants having held inspections for a large volume of applicants. She updated me at every stage of the process and helped in the selection process. It was a smooth transition and such a breeze for me as a landlord. Amazing team at McGrath!

Excellent customer serviceI had the pleasure of dealing with Karen from Zelle. She was referred to be me when I bought a property. From the beginning she was helpful, communicated every step of the way about everything regarding the property. IN all the years i have owned properties, this has been the most up to date and informed i have ever been.
