Got the Mint Choc & Vanilla Isolate. Sampled the Mint Choc in store & it was solid, so I got a tub. Got the Vanilla as well for a nuetral flavor to mix in with smoothies. Didn’t sample it in store, cuz it’s vanilla & pretty standard. Boy oh boy, this vanilla is so so bad. Had to chuck the tub out, I couldn’t give it any more chances.

Found the protein factory driving past there a few months back. Bought some protein powder as it's very reasonably priced, but more importantly its not full of rubbish and fillers like many others are on the market, so your getting a great product also. They have so many flavours to choose from, my fav is mocha. Have bought some supps also. Cupraplex and CB3 oil caps for my injured shoulders and elbows which have torn ligaments and tendons etc in them. Also bought Test X8 to help with my low test levels. Both products have made a noticeable difference. Spoke with Decklin and Brad on separate occasions and their science based knowledge of these and all their products is amazing! With decades of years of experience making products they know exactly what goes into their products and the benefits you will receive from taking them. There is no fillers or rubbish in them at all, just all the good stuff as they manufacturer it themselves. They have no problem spending time explaining the science behind whats in the supps or powders and the results you'll get from them. Their knowledge is truly amazing and I've never seen such knowledge from a protein / supplements shop ever, and I've been many in the last 30 plus years of training and buying supps / powders etc. Beck is also super knowledgeable also and they are all super friendly and will answer any questions you have, no problem! I cannot more highly recommend the protein factory as your protein or supplements shop. Its definitely mine!

The Protein Factory are fantastic and provided great service. Their experienced staff are very knowledgeable and offer a science-based approach to guide you to the products to help you reach your maximum potential and reach your goals. I personally liked the Berry Twist and Lemon Lime flavour collagen which I used in conjunction with their creatine. I found during training I was able to ride longer without fatigue. This gave me the ability to train consecutive days without loss of performance. Both products helped me perform well whilst competing at an international Hard Enduro event.

I regularly spend a good portion of my wage on suppliments and have found the protein factory to provide similar products to the big brands at a much better price. They have a broad range of products for all types of goals and I am still finding more products I can use to help with my work, exercise and recovery.

Went to the protein factory as was recommended by a work colleague. Needed supplements primarily due to low back and musculoskeletal pain I am dealing with. Spoke to brad, I found his insights and knowledge into various facets of supplementation extremely informative. He spent a long time with me which I was very appreciative of and provided me with what I needed and was very patient. The service that was provided was excellent, even by one of the staff members who I had called prior to attending. The pricing is extremely reasonable and the lay of the store keeps it simple. If you need any form of supplements I would definitely recommend anyone in attending. Thank you once again.

My go-to place for a monthly protein top up.Their WPIs don’t upset my stomach which has been a real challenge for me to find.I’ve also dabbled in a few other products and they’ve all been pretty damn good.Can confirm that the WPI flavours: Choc Mint, Banana and Malt Cookie are all elite!

absolutely amazing flavours, especially if you have a sweet tooth. I havnt craved desert after meals since using protein from here. very helpful staff and very quick to respond on email. highly recommend and prices are a lot better than other quality protein stores
