Initial 1 star review - Booked awaiting confirmation. Then got an email saying order for Rental request was denied and that was it. No rental with no options. Pretty unpersonalised way to conduct business. Then got a phone call early in the morning saying they had a truck for me. Pretty happy with the overall service and no hidden fees.

I booked a moving truck to transport furniture from Lismore to Sydney. Orana was easily the best value for money. The booking process was simple and clear and the pick up process was even easier. The truck was clean and in great condition. Staff were friendly and accommodating (including turning up late on a Friday evening). Using Orana again is a no-brainer.

One of the best value hire car companies in Sydney. We needed a 1 tonne van to transport a painting and were able to book same day. Note they take digital licenses off service NSW app to ensure the license isn’t suspended or expired etc. $500 bond is charged if using debit card and no bond if using credit card. Take pictures of the car yourself too for any dents prior to driving away because there is a $2750 excess and better to be safe then sorry. You also need to show proof you topped up the car with a time stamped receipt of the petrol. We forgot the receipt but there was proof in the banking app of purchase and they could work out using kms driven and petrol filled from the amount paid.

Too easy, very well priced (Orana's day rate is similar to renting a van/utr for a few hrs from nearby competitors), they always pick up the phone within secs, I was just a little late to bring back a van and they were kind enough not to charge for another day. Great service, my favo!

Family received a rental from here whilst staying with us, their booking statement said 4.30pm but was verbally advised to bring car back at 1.30pm. Overall vehicle in great condition for sedan, very tidy and service was good. Required proof of address at their current accommodation as was from another state to assist with their identification process. Before booking I'd suggest giving them a call and asking all the requirements ID wise and pick up and drop off times. Other than that good service.

I highly recommend and Great experience from start to finish. I've hired Car from Orana, and there is no comparison between Orana and the bigger guys. The pickup process is far quicker and more efficient than the others, and the prices are so cheap. New vehicles and friendly staff.
