If you are a property owner and looking for property managers DO NOT GO WITH THESE GUYS. Here’s why:We entrusted our Bundaberg house to these guys. Having lived overseas for a long time and then back in toowoomba we expected these guys to be doing their job so we can travel. What a big mistake!! Once the tenants lease was over, these guys didn’t even bother to notify the tenants to renew their lease. When we asked them we were given an extremely RUDE answer from the so called owner that “well they’re still paying rent so what’s your problem?” THEN we moved to a different real estate, our tenants moved out only to find out these idiots at Coral Coat never did an entry report. So when our tenants trashed the place, we had no report to show what the place looked like when they first moved in, leaving us out of pocket. We are now extremely HAPPY with the Bundaberg Property Gallery where they do seem to know how to properly manage rentals for home owners. Don’t waste your time on coral coast realty!

Started of good, then things went south, had tenants moving in around Xmas time about one and half years ago, noticed that no rent was going into my account so I rang to see what was going on and then to be told that the tenants changed there minds and decided not to move in so l lost nealy 2 months rent, no email or phone call to let me know that this happened, now I want tochange real-estate agents , they are making it hard to change, so do your homework first

Re: Drozdek CommentThe Residential tenancy Authority (RTA) documents and bank statements cannot be disputed and show there had not been one days loss of rent in the previous 2 1/2 years let alone 18 months. In addition to continuing our service up until the date specified by the landlord we recovered an excess water bill provided to us some time after the termination. I am unsure of the landlord motivation and equally disappointed in a system that allows unfounded comments that are detrimental to our business.

The Real Estate agent Dale Clarey is fully behind the destruction of 13.6 hectares of pristine mangrove wetlands and coastal waterways. He is happy to bulldoze the area and in turn ruin a nursery for marine wildlife and many other plants and animals that inhabit this area. It’s disgusting!!!!

Very good to deal with
