I am absolutely never going back here again. Purely because I was gobsmacked by the price at the end, after only five minutes in the chair and such a simple haircut. $63.50 for cutting off less than an inch of split ends and shaping my fringe, not even a blow dry or anything extra. I get to the register and can't believe what they charge me! Shame on them for having such unreasonable prices. Unbelievable.

My wife went here for a half head of blonde foils. Her hair was overprocessed and she has been experiencing breakage ever since. After trying several treatments to get her hair back to health she is now considering cutting her long hair short. She was quoted $150 for half head of foils howeveer was charged over $200.

I have been to Wendy Ford Hairdressers a number of times. I really like the friendly service, the atmosphere, and have been very happy with the results every time. However, without exception do I have to wait between 30-60 minutes before being attended to. They need to get their bookings and appointment planning better, it is unreliable and a waste of time.

Great service when I booked at last minute. Excellent blowdry turning my straight hair to a wavy style that last in rainy Melbourne.Thank you all the team in Wendy Ford

Great friendly service and quality cuts. Have been coming here for over 20 years and no-one cuts my hair better than Wendy.

APPALLING .. honestly I’m upset with the service that my grandmother has walked away from . To take advantage of an elderly women with dementia who had already had her hair done before coming in .. then charged a ridiculous sum of $204 !!! which was as I quote was ‘ a discount’ ..this is DISHONEST work, why would you pay for prices this high knowing that YOU or SOMEONE you know could be exploited in this way . Wendy Ford. Please consider vulnerable customers such as an ill elderly women, where’s the pride where’s the respect where’s the reason .

Booked online for a $65 blow wave. I asked for a treatment and somehow, with no further discussion of cost, was asked to pay $115 at the register. No cut, no colour.Should have read reviews first.

Last minute booking, great service and outstanding results! Love the atmosphere and interactive super friendly environment. A bit on the expensive side than I was normally expected to pay, but very happy with the outcome of my hair at the end...I guess priceless in my situation! Belinda's done a great job!!! :) Thank you

SHAME ON YOUMy 82 year old Grandma who has dementia attended Wendy Ford Hair and Beauty salon on Tuesday 9th June 2020.As an 82 year old lady, she has short hair, and booked an appointment for a colour, wash and blowdry.She was charged $204 (which was apperently a discount) for this service. This is overpriced, and disgusting. She is a pensioner lady who has extremely short hair, and only got her hair coloured 3 weeks previous, and the hairdresser Wendy should have known that her hair did not need to be coloured.My family and I are disgusted and outraged you are not only taking advantage of an old lady which dementia, but charging people overpriced and ridiculous prices for minimal work.Shame on you.
