Staff attitude here is atrocious, between having to stand near the counter and listen to one of the young girls talk to her manager that she got trashed the other night which and I quote made her more “overly friendly” towards other people, to listening to staff members complain about having to do there jobs, to having to wait 15 mins for a frappe and a soft serve cone. This place is so trashy it’s not even funny, save your money and spend it at a better fast food joint. You’ll thank me for it……..

7/3/2023 15 minutes for a Mocha! A 10 year old at home could make coffees for the whole family in half that time. One other customer present waiting from before I got here. Can I rate 0 stars?Often slow, and typically mess up the orders at this store.Ordered a coffee online ages ago, waiting and hoping that someone will show up to make it.Edit 16/01/23: Ordered coffee 15 minutes ago. This is surprisingly slow.

I am not one to ever write a review but this place was absolutely disgusting.The floors where filthy aswell as the tables and the food was less then average.this was just the area I was sitting in I didn’t bother looking anywhere elseThe high chairs where oily

Ordered a double quarter pounder meal. Chips were hot but the burger was tepid. Obviously the burgers were not fresh, and had been warming for too long in a warmer that isn’t working. It tasted awful.Wont be bothering with McDonalds anywhere anymore. Disgusting!

Toilets are disgusting they are always dirty never look clean and smell really bad.. the coffee is very hit and miss and lucky if you get your extra shot you order most the time... as for the burgers they are better atHungry Jacks..

Incredibly slow service. Plenty of staff working there, chattering away with themselves but taking forever to get the food out. Consistently bad service, higher prices than Salisbury McDonald's. Butter is frozen. Never fill the receipt paper in the machines and if you want to order at the counter you'll be directly ignored for ages. They wrote on the lid of my coffee with permanent marker and it left a black dot on my nose.

Ordered 2 double quarter pounder meals. Both burgers totally just slapped together. No care or quality standards. We also had to wait for the order and when we got it the chips were cold!!

Drive to store ,placed order, told to go to waiting bay as hash browns were cooking, saw at least 10 cars go through over 5 minutes whilst we waited for 2 x hotcake meals.Get home and find no butters or syrups , disappointed that the a 25 minute round trip was a waste of time today and after ringing to complain was politely advised the hotcake meal only would be replaced ( so I assume not the drinks) so accepted but not good enough, time they understand peoples time and fuel is valuable and they need to just get the process right, kids were polite so not an issue there but just need more training

The WORST service and food experienced at a McDonald's ever on the 24 / 6 / 23.The service was rude, abrupt and rushed. Staff were arguing between themselves. Food was cold, chips turned upside down. Burgers order with no pickles all had prickles. Spent around $80 and was told there was nothing they could do about it. Million dollar franchise and this is customer service. Absolutel Joke McDonald's!
