Just finished the complete renovation of two bathrooms in my unit at St Ives and couldn't be happier with the professional finish and workmanship of Callum and the team of tradespeople. Often in a renovation it is the quality of the finish that shows how good the builder is and Olympus is no exception. Highly recommend them to anyone looking for a quality builder. Communication was excellent and just a great bunch of people to deal with.

Callum and his team are the best in the business!! Given my real estate background I’ve had a lot of interactions with builders and trades over my career and the team @ Olympus have gone above and beyond on every project I’ve given them! They are prompt, in fact always early, work to a deadline and their workman ship is top notch! Couldn’t recommend more highly if I tried!!

Callum and his team have now completed two projects for me. In both cases I have been delighted with both the process and the result. I have found everyone to have an admirable work ethic that showed passion in completing the task to a high standard of quality. Callum was also very patient and helpful when I showed hesitations in choosing a particular product (double glazed windows). In the first project (conversion of a balcony into an office), Callum was also invaluable in identifying potential DA requirements and recommending other quality people to help get the project off the ground (draftsman and certifier). In all cases, communication was always very clear, upfront and open. It was easy to get in touch with Callum when necessary and he would always be forthcoming with relevant details and highlight potential blockers when necessary. I would gladly employ Olympus to complete other projects and as a matter of fact, I already did!

Callum & his team at Olympus replaced our roof in Roseville from concrete tiles to Colourbond. It is a large and complex roof with many angles but this was no problem for the boys. We found the team to be always professional, excellent at communicating & respectful of our home. They should be proud of a massive job well done!

Callum’s Team did an excellent job of remedial work to our 103 year old building’s steep, narrow roof top stairs, per Callum’s recommendations when he inspected them.Callum recommended a new higher handrail, much easier to grip, and new, stable side rails, which has made it safer to use. The team painted it with two coats of black gloss paint, to go with our decor. Callum was “on the ball” with his advice of the stylish, period, hand rail, which turned out to be the same as another handrail in the building.The finished work has been highly praised as looking “fantastic” or similar such word!We would be happy to use Olympus Building Services (arranged by our strata management) again. Callum and the team at Olympus Building Services are one of the most professional people you will come across in the building industry. From the time we engaged with them and all thru the build during challenging Covid times they remained highly engaged delivering a very high standard of work. Nothing was too difficult. Callum kept us informed every step of the way without us having to chase them. Phone calls always returned and the work area was left tidy for the next day. They have a very strong work ethic and always arrived on time as scheduled and agreed. We had our whole roof replaced, new windows and they rebuilt our aging pergola. They always gave us options and did not make an issue if we had to change plans. We could not have asked for a better result and experience made much smoother by Callum and his team. We have no hesitation in recommending them for your next renovation. In fact we are getting them in for the next round of our renovations!!!

Callum and his team undertook a mid scale renovation for us consisting of new kitchen, bathroom addition, wall removal and new flooring. Callum and his team were onsite promptly every morning. Callum is very organised and an excellent communicator - we spoke almost daily during the project and Callum could explain things to a “non tradie” in easy to understand language. If there were any issues (which there almost always are with renovating), he was honest and open with this information, provided options and we mutually decided on the best approach. Callum prides himself in signing off on excellent quality work.We were happy with the quality of the project and would highly recommend Olympus.
