Rocked into the Moore Park store, unsure what I was even looking for. The first couch I saw was unreal and I came back later that day to buy it off the floor. I might be back for some of that art! My man Jamie was the best, made us feel really well looked after and made the decision even easier. Love to see great customer service!

The in-store experience was good and the measurements were exact. The problem is they use relatively cheap foam for the cushions so after a year it's almost like you are sitting on the wooden frame. This is especially true if you are a larger person. I would go so far to say that the lounges in the store on the floor don't represent what is delivered at least on the cushion/foam side of things.In hindsight I would probably spend a extra and get a lounge with better quality cushions but for how cheap they are it makes sense. Don't recommend the lounges here and make sure to confirm and check the cushion type.

We have sat on a very many sofas in our search for the most comfortable sitting spot. We shopped around a lot, and Custom Design at Moore Park were THE BEST. The staff were FABULOUS. I hate shopping, but I found this a very painless experience :) Anthony was very helpful with choosing our fabric and design, but also very good at leaving us to make our own decision. We went to other places and sat on more sofas, but kept coming back to Anthony and Jayne, and eded up getting both our corner lounge and sofa bed from them. Now we have them both in our house we couldn't be happier or more comfortable, and we were very pleased with the prices too! If you like to interact with relaxed sales staff with a bit of character and also genuine people skills (they don't just pounce and make you feel uncomfortably pressured into purchasing) then this is the only place you need to go in my opinion. I will definitely be sending all my sofa seeking friends in this direction!

The sofa was delivered close to the estimated time. There was damage to the sofa upon delivery. David from Moore Park quickly got onto the case, arranged for a pickup, provided a temporary sofa whilst the repairs were being carried out, and then returned the sofa fixed.The sofa itself is perfect, it's exactly what we wanted, and the way they handled the problem was just perfect.I would gladly trust them again with further purchases and recommend them to other prospective buyers.(Review of Custom Designs Moore Park)

From the moment we entered the store until Wednesday 21st December 2016 when we received the sofa, we were really amazed and pleased by her customer service skills.
