Wonderful professional and friendly service from initial consultation through to delivery. Took time to help us decide best frames and mounts from many available options - it was great to be able see simulation of options via computer! Highly recommended!

With professional expertise and flair this terrific team of two were able to transform my picture into a piece of stunning artwork. The moment I walked in to this charming shop on Duthy Street I was made to feel like someone special. Penny and Finn are true craftspeople that know what they are doing and do it with such care and pride. They offer suggestions and spend the time with you to ensure that you are ecstatic with the end result. I sat with them at the art table and their patience seemed endless as the brought out the tools of their trade to enhance my picture. The end result is all that I could have dreamt of and more. The compliments I get are from everyone that enters my home, even though the picture was there for years before and no one ever commented on it until I had it reframed. I came to Frames & Finishes in a last attempt to have print mirror framed as a special gift for my mum. Every framing store I had gone to prior to visiting Frames & Finishes told me this was impossible, however, Penny at Frames & Finishes was more than willing to take on the challenge. I was blown away by the level of service I received. There were a few challenges along the way, however, Penny's persistence and ability to problem solve was extremely impressive. The end result was better than I could have hoped for and came together at a very reasonable price. I would highly recommend anyone requiring framing services visit Frames & Finishes, you will not be disappointed!

I visited Frames & Finishes earlier this year to frame a photo taken of Gastown, Vancouver (Canada).Penny & Finn spent a great deal of time with me patiently trialing many (many!) frames and inserts until I was completely happy with my selection. They made a number of helpful suggestions along the way about the types of frames and insert colours which would best accentuate the photograph, ultimately guiding me to the end product (shown below). A very professional service from a family-operated business - will definitely be visiting again.
