I don't think I have ever met so much incompetency in all my life. The team member didn't scan my rewards, then the front end supervisor tried to give me a phone number to ring up about it. I said you need to refund it and scan my rewards as I am entitled to team discount. They rang up the sale again to scan my card, and still forgot to do my refund which I had to remind them again. The front end supervisor had no clue how to perform a refund. Tried to inform them of the correct procedure of scanning the barcode on the bottom of receipt, but continued to stuff around and do a dept sale refund instead. Train your supervisors correctly and in turn train your team members. I really regretted getting a team member to process my sale. I will go back to self serve cause at least I will know there is at least one person who is competent operating the register (myself)

Usually well stocked, but the place is a bit shambolic. The fridge/freezer section always has disgusting things on the floor, soaking up leaks. The floors are usually dirty and staff are a mixed bag of good and bad. We've all been to plenty of Woolies stores but this has to be the worst I've ever been to. The Coles is better, Ritchie's is also better. Aldi is a cut above the rest.

Fresh produce is disgusting. Was my normal grocery shop, six week in a row I have had to return fresh fruit.Off in its container the figs in particular were on the point of rotten.Berries mouldy under the top layer.I have alerted staff to the fact figs were all rotten on shelf only to receive a shoulder shrug in response.No more groceries are expensive as is without having to throw out bad substandard produce.Should be ashamed of themselves.
