Reasonable experience. My experience is all right but not delightful. I wanted to inspect the house with the building inspector and noticed to agent early. When I arrived on the inspection tenant refused and claimed that tenant has not been informed. This was shocking experience as tenant was not professional either.Also I had an interaction with the agency for previous property where I emailed (Friday) the signed contract twice but agency said they did not receive it. I sent SMS(Saturday) asking they receive the offer and asked me to call on Monday. Called on Monday twice no answer and later on the day when I got hold, I was told offers have been already submitted to the seller and mine was not received.There has been poor communication and I hope these will be improved.Agency still use paper based offers where as many other agents use electronic. Having online system would be very convenient
