Excellent place to take your kids for their swimming lessons. The teachers are so kind to the kids and, the best part, the kids are always gassed and ready for an early bedtime.

I attended 2 terms here with my baby before trying somewhere else, and now I regret not moving earlier. If you have a baby/toddler I recommend going somewhere quieter with only 1 or 2 classes on at a time. Aquatots staff are lovely but it's too busy and too loud. The change tables are crowded at the end of the swim and the change room is small and cramped too

We only had our daughter in baby swimming lessons for 3 lessons and had to take her out. The pool is disgusting! You feel like your just breathing and swimming in pure chlorine which can not be good for you. It’s so hard to hear the instructors and they don’t explain things you have to just figure out what you’re suppose to be doing.When we asked for a refund for the remaining lessons we were told they don’t give refund as part of their terms and conditions on the enrolment form. However we were never given enrolment form but we’re expected to know this…?

We have been swimming here for a few years after doing classes at a few of the local government pools, and much prefer the friendliness, teacher dedication, and term-based swimming lessons offered here. The spectator seating is right beside the pool, the front counter staff are always warm and welcoming, and the change-rooms and poolside are clean. They have kept customers updated on Covid restrictions affecting the operation of lessons and entry to the facilities via text and email, often very promptly in response to the rapidly changing government restrictions. We have found that on occasion when a teacher has been absent, a different instructor has explained or demonstrated a technique in a slightly different way that sometimes clicks with our kids and helps them improve. We appreciate that instructors are not teaching when experiencing symptoms that could be Covid related, and appreciate the efforts that have gone into providing qualified teachers during this difficult time.

I find the staff and instructors here amazing, they are always accommodating with customers needs and the instructors always patient with the kids. I love the small classes where each child gets some one on one time to help them progress. I know its tough during covid times but I'm happy supporting a local small business who well and truly deserves it!

My 4 children have all learnt to swim at this amazing swim school over the last 12 years. The staff are kind and accomodating, the teachers are caring and respectful and my kids have thrived with their swimming.The pool is always lovely and warm, the showers clean and we are always happy coming for swimming lessons.Highly recommend.

My girls have been swimming at the pool for the last 3 year.Hands on teaching with instructors who really know their stuff.Friendly and helpful front desk staff who are always happy to offer advice and give feedback.

I wish to firstly comment on the baby swim classes. An absolute rip off when your baby doesn’t even receive a certificate of participation at the end of the course. Absolutely nothing. Other baby swim classes have certificate included in the swim classes at end of the program. The centre looks out dated and strong chlorine smell with little ventilation will definitely give you a head spin and not to mention how the babies are coping. Dirty place also! Change tables are unhygienic! Go elsewhere.
