I don't normally write bad reviews but.....I scheduled 3 appointments with instyle to get a quote for a renovation to my kitchen.The first time the women said she would ring with a time the day prior and never phoned, no apology was forthcoming, just oh I will give you a new time.The second time an hour and 15 minutes after the arranged time I rang her, she said she was running late but never bothered to phone.The third time she arranged first thing in the morning at 8am and never turned up, no phone call nothing.I realise its busy at the moment but this really poor customer service.

Instyle Kitchens recently did the fitout for our brand new salon in Tamar Street, Ballina. We have just opened the salon this past week and we have had so many compliments on how lovely and professional the salon looks. Janelle (owner) is so full of AMAZING ideas, and her head cabinet maker Chris is so professional and you can really tell that he enjoys what he does. I am so happy that I found Instyle Kitchens - their team are awesome and the workmanship is on point! (Blushed salon - 97 Tamar Street, Ballina)

If you re looking to improve your home or investment with out the cost these guys are a must to see. When Janelle first mentioned what they are able to do I was hesitant but trusted them through out the process, and was not dissapointed and infact most other trades people think its a new kitchen. Well worth doing and a quality product.

Janelle and her team designed and installed a massive kitchen for us in Lennox Head. It was not an easy job as it required reconfiguring walls and redesign in order to fix a previous design floor by the original builder. Janelle and her team were super patient and pulled off what I didn’t think possible. They also came up with a unique PowerPoint solution that I am not sure has been done before. Tony the master cabinet maker is highly talented and experienced. I also watched how they mentored their apprentices on site which was refreshing. Janelle is a genuinely beautiful human who would go the extra mile for her sometimes needy customer. I highly recommend InStyle to renovate your kitchen. Thank you InStyle.

Instyle Kitchens completed our kitchen reno for us after our kitchen was submerged with water in Feb 2022 floods. From the moment I made the initial phone call to janelle to the completed install, Janelle and the team provided us with excellent service and expectional communication throughout the whole process. We are extremely happy with the final product and we have just ordered through Janelle the 'deco splash' splashback for the kitchen also. I would highly recommend Janelle and the team to anyone! Totally blown out at the transformation on our old, peeling vinyl wrap kitchen. The team were excellent to communicate with, prompt and professional.Didn’t realise that with the treatments available these days my kitchen is now better than new. Just love the two pac finish! I got these pple to install wet wall system in my house in Goonellabah. Admittedly, the house is a little badly built and wonky. However, Des the installer had looked at the job and understood what was involved. Well, they did the install and left me with a few tubes of sealant to finish the job myself. It took me 3 days to try and fix the bad mitres, clean and repaint the walls that had blue glue and dirty hand prints. I should have got them back to fix it but I just couldn't be bothered. It was shoddy workmanship and I just wanted to be done with this business.
