Chemist Warehouse Hornsby

Bad place. Expensive products unlike other places, rude staff and no compassion for customers especially the old chick with the glasses is so full of it. Get a life!

Came to chemist warehouse a while back looking for some melatonin for my trouble sleeping. When I asked the staff for help, they eagerly helped me find the product I was looking for and even went further to find other products similar which could help me. When it was time to go to the checkout, I had some banter with the staff who were all extremely friendly and kind. Would definitely come there again for any pharmaceutical products. Shoutout to Aaron for making the experience amazing.

Every time I go to Chemist Warehouse I am left waiting and wondering for my mediation. It has happened three times in a row now. They have packed it but have not called my name out and I am left waiting longer than people that have been in the line after me to collect their medication. Chemist Warehouse needs to have a screen put up with peoples names approximate wait time and if it is ready to take. Every time I have been in there, I am surrounded by people that are really annoyed and frustrated with the service. Please put in an ordering system for customers. Thank you

This place is ripping off.They charged me $20.70 for amiloxyn 250mg pack of 20.Where as other pharmacy (including another chemist warehouse won't name them in hornsby area)are charging $6.50 fo generic & branded for $12.50.Shame on you Mario verrocchi & mark azzi.You are trying to mint money from people's necessary medicines)

Wife called in to have a prescription for our son's Ritalin dispensed. First enquiry from counter staff, can't do as Dr's Provider Number is not on script, and should be hand written?.Next (odd) question was, why did we select this Pharmacy. Well 'Gumbys' simply because we didn't wish to walkup to Westfield, and we've been here before to have scripts done.After a bit of frustrated dialogue back and forth we left.Note: The provider number is on the script, a component of the Dr's computer imprint under the telephone number of the surgery.Took it to an adjoining Pharmacy who fulfilled the script without the question, angst or inquisition in a matter of minutes.Such a damned and unnecessary inconvenience, and your store person was a little indignant to boot.

This is an awful chemist, but the prices are low, so I still shop there.The staff either don't understand their own systems or just don't care, and will happily quote one price and then charge another, refusing to honour it.I've been patronising this store for years, and their service is in steady decline.If you you happen to have a transaction which is free from problems, then you will be happy with the low price, but be prepared to need to return to the store to have them fix mistakes.Also be prepared to need to give them extra help when searching their systems for scripts that they have been sent, as their staff don't know how to properly store or locate records.Be prepared to deal with staff members who will justify lying to you because we're busy".Be prepared that if you use the Chemist Warehouse application to have your scripts prepared

Went to this shop with a guest from overseas today. My guest was asking something in other language at the same time the checkout person told me the total amount so I missed it. When I asked him, he said ‘Listen to me’ while staring at me then repeated the amount. I found this very rude and had to explain to my guest what he said. The guy definitely needs some customer service training especially as front end staff. I hope this does not happen to anyone else.

Nice little store. Got what you expected from a normal pharmacy. I’ve been here a few times and found the staff to be helpful. There’s parking in the nearby public parking or at times in front of the store too.

They're generally good. Good prices and range. A funny thing tonight though,I tendered a $50 note which was torn half way through. I brought this to the checkout persons attention, saying a bit of sticky tape would fix it. It would be called an 'unfit note'. Still legal tender. I had just received it from an ATM!The person was straight on the phone. She was told not to accept it. The staff (and head office (?)) need education around this.What would happen if I tendered an old grey nurse!!!

Told me something on display was not on for sale and would not let me buy it. Pathetic, why is it on the shelf then?
