Worst beard trim I’ve ever had! One side is 10mm higher than the other, and my neck not shaved properly leaving tufts of hair! Too busy admiring each other’s tattoos and not concentrating on a quality job. Go woke go broke!!

Went to Grindstone at Waurn Ponds on Friday had a lovely young woman cut my hair and trim my beard.She made suggestions about thinning my hair and shaping my beard.Im very happy with the cut and the proffesional way she worked.

I arrived at 17:05 to get a haircut for my son, your website says you are open until 17:30.I was told you they are done for the day and can't help my son.. there was no sign to say you are closed.. but was told that you not taking any haircuts so you can close at 17:30..I drove 10km for this haircut since you guys gave me such a good haircut... Very disappointed in this service, just thought the situation could be handled differently..

Waited an hour to be skipped when I was next in line on the name board. No accident, the barber whipped the name below mine off. Last time I use waurn ponds, or grindstone in general. Dogs

Today was my first time at this place absolutely loved it a guy named NAJ listened to each word I said (although my explanation was bad) and he gaves me cleanest fade, fixed my beard and looked after me as I'm new to the shop.Highly recommended!!!!!

My son just got the worst haircut of his life here, he literally looks like he has a beehive!Waited an hour and a half for the cut. For some strange reason they cut into his hair to maximise volume at the crown of the head and it looks horrendous! Total waste of $37, will have to go somewhere else to fix it.
