In January I adopted my cat, Marvin, from Kemp's Creek shelter. The entire process went smoothly from start to finish - the shelter facilities were beautiful and the staff were so friendly and helpful. Despite being mature age, Marvin is healthy and a total dream. I highly recommend adopting from here.

I think fame has gotten to their heads, what ever happened to the days where a young family looking to adopt a brand new member can just pop by browse & actually interact with the animals to find a genuine connection.Instead you’re directed to a catalogue of photos then, when you are onsite peering through a glass window where a beautiful dog was genuinely interested in you & had come up to you told not to look at the them “As he is funny in that way” explained by a staff member.This is no better than online dating.I know I will not be coming back any time soon.

adopted two cats last july, the facilities at the AWL were amazing. cats get aircon, individual rooms to relax and they're treated so graciously!these cats are the light of mine and my partners lives, we love them so muchi absolutely recommend adopting cats from this facility

These people are real animal lovers.Their aim is to rehome animals and not euthanize them as much as possible.We’ve fostered a cat from there until it can be homed and we can tell by the compassion and focus they have for Pepe that they truly care for him.I hope that they are supported in their endeavors; we will certainly continue to support them in any way we can.

Wonderful place to support. We’ve dropped off towels, bed sheets and food here a few times and will continue to do so, fantastic organisation! Staff are super friendly too!

I've never been here, but I know these people do great work. I was, however, a little disappointed when I tried calling them at 4.30 on a Friday afternoon regarding a bit of an emergency, and no one was there to take my call. The emergency was sorted, thankfully, but maybe there should be an after-hours number for people to call.

These guys are a great organisation. Although I haven't adopted from here in years, my wife and I drop off towels, food and toys for the animals when we can. Definitely worth a visit if you are looking to rescue an animal :)
