The team was incredibly professional and met all our last minute requests during our graduation week activities. Purchased a MEVO camera boost package and BOYA radio mics from The Streaming Guys. Checkout and delivery were painless.Four months later and now after a firmware update the MEVO won't stream. Do you think I can get in contact with the seller for support? Nope.They don't list a phone number on website. The number shown on Google Business and live chat are not answered or monitored.Very poor after sales service. Better buying from larger companies who want repeat business.Edit Jun 2021: Wow! 12mths after the above review and all the Google reviewers get a response within 24hrs of each other. But instead of looking up my order and contacting me directly to address the issue, you attempt to publicly shame me. Way to go!

I've bought a couple of things from them, and have been really happy with their responsiveness and willingness to work with me. One item arrived, it wasn't what I wanted - it was what I asked for! - and exchanging it out was a no fuss deal. I sent it back, they sent me what I actually wanted, and we're all good. And they price matched too. So I will be happy to buy from them again in the future.
