L'Unica Receptions & Convention Centre
Located adjacent to the Tullamarine Freeway, Lunica Receptions is part of the local Italian community centre, with several seperate function areas included within it. Lunica is around the back of the large 2 story building set in a huge carpark that surrounds the entire building complex and next to a sports oval. Outside is bland and not at all elegant or imposing. The interior however is quite elegant and 300-400 people comfortably fit with a large dance floor and 2 raised band podiums or bridal table/stage areas. Staff are plentiful and friendly with most, if not all speaking Italian.

We had our wedding reception at L'unica on the 12th January 2019 and we were so, so impressed as were our guests. We had a four course dinner service for 150 guests, and everyone complained" that they couldn't get through all of their food. We actually told people not to bother eating breakfast because the quantities were so generous. We were all very happy with the amount of food as well as the quality

We were at a private function and can only say my experience with the food quality, attention to detail and services offered for our 3. 30 hour visit was exceptional. I scored it 100 % on all aspects.

I had my wedding here on 21.9.2019Mel you are fantastic!I have extensive experience within the hospitality industry and my wedding was treated as though it was a royal wedding!The effort you put into making my vision a reality was absolutely phenomenal. I can’t recommend this place enough!

Never had a decent meal here. Tastes so bland and not cooked properly. One of our meals had a hair in it. Made to feel like I was a burden and treated poorly when I asked for alcohol (which I had to ask multiple times). Staff seemed confused and disorganised.Avoiding this place from now on, doesn’t matter what event is held here
