Over the years we have had quite a few dealings within real estate, whether it be buying, selling, as landlords or as tenants and we have to admit that our experience with Raine & Horne, Williamstown was one that we will never forget.Nathan, Rosemary, Jane and the rest of the team that contributed but we didn’t get to meet, went above and beyond from the “get-go”.We were amazed at the after sales service, which in this day and age is amazing.From the point of sale, one’s usual experience would to be passed on to other colleagues/departments within the facility BUT not at Raine & Horne, Williamstown. Nathan never made us feel like any request or query was of any bother. He always promptly attended to our needs and completed every task professionally. If he wasn’t available then there was always backup from one of the other team members. Great property management team! Sue and Jane are the best property managers I’ve had in the many years I’ve been a renter. When we get a national database that renters can access for information on landlords and agents Raine and Horne Williamstown property management team will get 5 stars! Any problems we had were always promptly fixed.

We've now dealt with Raine & Horne Williamstown as a buyer, seller and tenant, and each time we've been really impressed. Rosemary made the process of selling our unit as straightforward as it could be, and we were really impressed by the professionalism and transparency of the team.

Our dealings with Jane who manages our rental property has been a bliss. We had a number of dealings with property managers in the Newport/Williamstown area but none of them is as professional and experienced as the property management team particularly Jane who oversees the rental department. They are fair in their dealings with tenants and landlords, has great knowledge and as landlords, you can entrust your properties with them. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend their service to others.

I have a terrible experience dealing with Rosemary. She was rude and didn't give me a follow up call, which can potentially increase the selling price. So if you are selling and want the best result, good luck receiving it with Rosemary. I was quite upset after the conversation with her, as she was extremely rude. I really hope nobody has to experience it. Representing a well known brand Raine & Horne, I hope Rosemary develop better customer service.

Rosemary has patiently joined us on the journey of selling our home in Newport that has been many years in the making.
