I had Meagan as my hairdresser and she did an amazing job, I went from blonde to brunette and she achieved the colour I was after. Meagan was kind and talkative but let me relax aswell. I absolutely love my hair thank you and will defiantly be seeing her again

Bree is so wonderful! So easy to talk to and she's amazing at what she does. First time changing my hair in many years and she listened to everything I said and over delivered with her service and for such an amazing price point! I highly recommend bree and I will be using her from this point forward as my hair stylist. Also beautiful salon is a bonus!!

100,000,000 starsI’m all the way from Mount Hawthorn, but I think it’s safe to say I’m going to be travelling that hour to come back here!The absolute best hair experience I have ever had in my life!Ell was amazing, my hair is the most annoying thing in the world to work with, it’s very fine, very knotty, long, dead and was orange at the top and a horrible green at the bottom. Ell talked with me and was patient while I rambled about exactly what colours I wanted and the cut and style I wanted and i felt really looked after. She was so kind and my hair tuned out the prettiest it has ever been. She managed to get orangey ogre hair to be a beautiful bluey ashy grey. She checked in with me constantly asking what I thought about different colour combinations and went honestly above and beyond. The salon is so beautiful and the staff are the most knowledgeable I’ve ever seen. I couldn’t be happier with my hair. Thank you!!

Love the personalised service of Scarlett Hair. Logan takes time to go through what I need from my hair for the next few months and changes it up just enough to be different each time. Love that there is no pressure to colour my greys out! Logan just works with my hair as it is.

The colour came out really nice, and the over all experience was really good. The staff were really friendly, welcoming and professional. Their receptionist was very friendly and helpful over the phone and in the salon.

After growing my hair out for over 10 years I was really nervous to go for a short style and didn't really know what I wanted. Within a minute of talking to Bree I felt completely at ease and she managed to figure out the perfect cut for me. I have social anxiety and have never felt comfortable in any salon before but everyone here was so kind and welcoming I truly enjoyed the experience. (Also can't remember the name of the girl who washed my hair but she is amazing. By the time she was done she had literally massaged my headache away!) 10/10 would recommend.

Was really looking forward to getting my hair done here, however when called to make appointment I specifically asked if they do afterpay, to which the girl replied yes they do. Get there for appointment, thought I'd double check only to be told no they don't do afterpay. Perhaps make sure staff give our correct information to prevent disappointment from customers.
