I recently purchased gardening equipment and found the salesperson, Jett an absolute pleasure to deal with. He provided fantastic advice to ensure I was totally happy with my purchase. Then to complete the purchase I was looked after by another sales member, Kynan. He to was excellent and went above and beyond to make the whole buying experience a dream. Next time I go to Total Tools, I will be sure to look for these guys as I found them to be extremely helpful and very knowledgeable. I wish I could give them more stars, they surely deserve it!

Spoke to the salesman looking at buying Husqvarna TS66R tile cutting machine $798. at Richlands total tools, I noticed the diamond blade was symmetrical out of balance, the salesman told me that the blade was installed incorrectly, I then asked the salesperson for an additional blade to compensate it was declined

These legends saved my skin yesterday while broken down in the truck on the Centenary Hwy. They went above and beyond to deliver a tool to the side of the road to get me going. I’m not a regular customer, live nowhere near the place, and won’t have the opportunity to use their services again, but after speaking to the manager here on the phone he didn’t hesitate to jump in the car and come out to help me, and it wasn’t a big purchase, just a $50 tool. Absolutely superb customer service and couldn’t recommend enough. Thanks guys, I really do appreciate your assistance!

Very poor customer service, was purchasing over 1K tools and gear for my crew but because the guy wanted to close the shop today he said I have few min otherwise he is closed. I mean I am buying from your shop and already going to pay for it. That’s not the good attitude for your customer service never going back since he just wants to close and go home

I have some good experiences with this supplier but recently they failed to price match even when the other suppliers offer met all the Total Tools conditions for price matching. The Total Tool online support team did not understanding their own wording around the price matching so sadly they have lost my business.

I have given this rating due to poor aggressive behaviour in the car park towards Anytime fitness customers. In the carpark shown the van driver deliberately parks to squish the gym customers across effectively making the gym carparks smaller. It's a courtesy when using the end parks to park as close to the end as possible, however the van driver does the opposite on purpose. I have personally observed this and really disappointed. The staff are nice and polite. But this is childish and stupid. Local businesses should be working together not intimidating each others customers. Hope to see some positivity after this.
