I was in store 29.11.2022 – to advise – I received no wheels with my purchase made on 27.11.2022. I was asked to send pictures and email details. All done – yet no response.I requested an update on 2 December. Yet again no response. Poor customer service - and i am still without wheels (2 weeks later) for BBQ purchased.

Nieson was absolutely amazing and patient as we browsed the store asking hundreds of questions. And months later when we realised some parts were missing he jumped on it without question to get it resolved. The service was beyond my expectations.

We had a great experience dealing with BBQ Galore @ Hornsby store as Neison the store manager looked after us given the BBQ was delivered 10 months late due to shipment issues (COVID) but they made the wait worth while as he came around twice to install and also changed defected parts but overall very happy. Thank you Neison keep up the good customer service.
